Holly Kendall is Director of Compliance for Vista Capital Management Group. Ms. Kendall coordinates the compliance process between our sites and our third party Compliance Provider, A.J. Johnson Consulting, LLC. Additionally, she is responsible for the Annual Recertification process, Quarterly Reports, Annual Owner Certifications and all matters relating to LIHTC Compliance.

Ms. Kendall comes to Vista Capital Management Group from The Housing Authority of the City of Greenville, SC, where she served as their Tax Credit Property Manager. At GHA, she was involved in their Hope VI projects, which included financing under Public Housing and Project Based Section 8 in addition to LIHTC.

Previously, Ms. Kendall served as a Marketing and Executive Projects Coordinator for Community Properties of Ohio Management Services in Columbus, OH, a portfolio of over 1600 LIHTC units throughout the state of Ohio. Her focus at CPOMS was on compliance and marketing for turnaround properties/troubled assets. Ms. Kendall also has extensive experience in non-profit social services and urban community development.

Ms. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Murray State University and a Master's Degree from Methodist Theological School in Ohio. She is a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), awarded by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
