With over 17 years in the real estate field Darlene has worked the past 12 in Affordable Housing. She currently oversees properties in Maryland, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Prior to joining Vista Capital Darlene worked for such companies as S L Nusbaum as a Property Manager. As part of their management team she traveled to other communities to assist with compliance and lease up issues. Ms. Hunt also worked for American Rental Management Company in the Property Trust division as a Compliance Specialist that included Conventional, Section 8 and Tax Credit properties totaling over 2,300 units.

Darlene holds the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) issued by the National Association of Homebuilders, Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), and obtained the following designation through the National Center for Housing Management, Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), and the Senior Housing Specialist (SHS).
