Prior to joining Vista Capital Management, Ms. Groves was with Hercules Real Estate Services where she served as Regional Property Manager for 2150 units. Ms. Groves was also formally associated with PCM Management, EPT, Trammell Crow Company, and Bozzuto and Associates.

Ms. Groves holds a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation and Housing Occupancy Specialist (HOC) designation.
