Debbie joined Vista Capital Management Group in 2009. Prior to working with Vista Capital Management Group, she worked with Community Management Corp., supervising approximately 1200 units consisting of Public Housing, Project Base Section 8, Tax Credit and Conventional in North Carolina. Debbie also previously served as a Regional Property Manger with Boyd Management, where she was responsible for 31 Rural Development properties totaling approximately 803 units in North and South Carolina.

Debbie is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), she is a Housing Credit Certification Professional (HCCP), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COP), Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and holds a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License.
