Bern DuPree has supervisory responsibility for 13 properties consisting of approximately 612 Section 42 Tax Credit Units.

Mr. DuPree holds a B.A. in Economics from Wofford College. He has earned the Certified Property Management (CPM) designation given by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designated by the National Association of Home Builders for Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) as well as a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) designated by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). Additionally, Mr. DuPree holds a South Carolina Real Estate License.

Mr. DuPree currently serves as Secretary of IREM, Chapter #72, and he serves on the Board of Directors for the Greenville Housing Futures.
